About this document
Community Water Grants has drawn upon expertise from several organisations (EarthTech, GHD, SKM, UniQuest and URS) to establish a panel of expert risk and technical assessors. If your proposal is to treat water for discharge to the environment, a panel member may contact you to assess the technical viability of your project from a risk management perspective.
When the risk assessor contacts you, you will need to have certain information ready to be able to answer their questions as accurately as possible. You may need the help of a technical expert to answer these questions.
This technical advice form contains examples of questions you may be asked if your proposal is to treat water for discharge to the environment.
